What People Are Saying

“WOW......... I gained everything I needed and so much more. Angie opened my mind to the many alternative ways with a wealth of knowledge. I am now excited and motivated to continue and experiment with my journey incorporating new practices to heal.”

— Catherine

“I had some swelling on my fingers which I showed to 4 different doctors. Not being able to understand the reason for this sudden swelling which I never had before, various blood tests were taken, X rays and a CT scan of the heart. Nothing was revealed. I was put on some antibiotics which did not make any difference to the pain and swelling. After working with Angie, the swelling and pain reduced and had totally disappeared in 2-3 weeks.”

— Nirmal

“Angie’s classes have changed the way I deal with stress and generally my outlook on life. I use the techniques she taught me most days.”

— James

“During one of the meditations I felt a full body tingle and an inner voice saying that I belong and fit in with myself and I can be safe within myself which was so lovely, it's definitely what I needed for this journey of self-discovery so thank you for unlocking that!”

FAQ

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is one of the oldest holistic and alternative medicine systems. Angie was raised with many Ayurvedic rituals and over the years, has healed from psoriasis and IBS using Ayurveda, yoga, meditation and breathwork, all modalities she has now trained in. She has witnessed how Ayurveda cured her Dad’s undiagnosed painful, red raw inflamed hands, and lowered his blood pressure so much so that he no longer needed to take medication. Angie has had clients who have regained regularity in their menstrual cycle, and cured themselves from kidney stones. Ayurveda will cleanse you from the inside out, it is about prevention and helping you fully understand yourself. It is not designed for you to pop-the-pill-and-be-cured.

What are Angie’s qualifications?

Angie has a diploma in Ayurveda and is a qualified Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Nutrition Consultant after studying at one of the leading Ayurveda Schools with some of the most highly respected Ayurvedic Doctors.

Are Ayurveda & yoga linked to religion?

Ayurveda is not aligned to any particular religion. Yoga is linked to Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism and Sikhism but is not solely a religious practice. If you do not identify with any of these religions you are absolutely still able to benefit from yoga.

What is the difference between Ayurveda and Homeopathy?

Ayurveda’s focus is to understand the imbalance, spend time to understand your lifestyle and work with you to identify and solve the root cause.

Is it safe?

Yes. A lot of advice is around changing your diet and lifestyle, there are lots of spices and herbs that you’ll have in your kitchen already to make up homemade remedies. Angie is fully qualified in Ayurveda, yoga movement, meditation and the breath and is able to coach you through these practices so you can be a happier and healthier version of yourself.

Is it expensive?

Ayurveda is cost-effective especially compared to Western medicine. Together we will identify the root cause to your issues rather than put a plaster over symptoms that reoccur.

How do the sessions work?

The consultations are held virtually,
