Half Day Retreat
Welcome to UNEARTHED, our wellbeing retreats connecting you with ancient Indian rituals to apply in your modern day life. I’m so excited for this half day retreat where we’ll be learning about prana and exploring our breath. Everyone is welcome, both members and non-members, but we have very limited spaces so book your space soon!
When: Saturday 18th February, 1pm-6pm

3pm: Hot Drinks, Snack & Mingling
3.30pm: Satsang (spiritual discussion)
4pm: The High State - Visualisation & Invigorating Breathwork
5pm: Nidra (Yogic Deep Sleep)
5.30-6pm: Wrap Up & Goodbyes
We will have yoga mats and props here. All you need to bring is yourself, openness and be wearing something comfortable.
