Chakra Cleanse Retreat

Friday 4th - Sunday 6th November 2022

Kent, UK

What’s the intention?

I am over the moon to announce my ‘Chakra Cleanse Retreat’ which shall be held on Friday 4th - Sunday 6th November 2022. Allow yourself to tap into your inner world without distractions and to learn about your chakras, authentically and truthfully. The retreat is open to all levels, and you can choose to join in with as many or as few classes as you like. We will be heading to the countryside, less than 2 hours drive from London and have 19 acres of open space to play around in, including a secret garden, tennis court, hot tub, pond, and fields! The accommodation is beautiful and cosy so you’ll feel like you’ve found a home away from home for the weekend.

  • UNWIND, RELAX & LEARN

    • Take some time out to focus just on yourself. We can’t give ourselves fully to others if we are pouring from an empty cup. This is a chance to escape reality and get spiritual! Learn about your chakras, and where you are full or depleted of energy.

  • REVITALISE & BE PRESENT TO THE PHILOSOPHY OF YOGA

    • Deepen your yoga practice by learning about yoga philosophy, switch off from the world of technology and dive head first into exploring dhyana (meditation), pranayama (breath control), asana (postures) and so much more. In my teachings, I strive to decolonise the practice, taking it back to the roots, back to ancient India, back to the heart of it all and teach you the real yoga.

  • DETOX & RECONNECT

    • Connect with like minded souls, detoxify from the inside out, and feel the magic that happens when you are truly aligned. If you constantly have a foggy head, or struggle to sleep, your body is telling you to slow down. Allow this day to be that chance for you to do so. Put yourself first for once, and give yourself permission to feel balanced, rested, and recharged.

The retreat includes…

  • 2-3 x classes daily

  • 2 x workshops

  • 2 nights accommodation

  • Light breakfast, brunch and dinner on all full days (delicious vegan food)* including drinks

  • A chance to explore our chakras so you can understand yourself and others better

  • Ayurvedic self care rituals

  • A deeper understanding of the roots of Yoga so you appreciate rather than appropriate

  • Chanting, Pranayama & Meditation Circles

  • Dynamic & strengthening asana flows, grounding & restorative asana flows & Yoga Nidra

  • Yoga mats, blocks, cushions, blankets, straps, bolsters, eye pillows, sheepskin rugs are all provided

  • Stunning venue with hot tub, tennis courts, 19 acres & goody bags

Thank you for making unlearning and self-acknowledgment something that isn’t shameful. I think a lot of people avoid looking inwards because of the guilt and shame it brings, but you present spirituality and the roots of yoga in a way that is honest and authentic, but also digestible which is just great.
